helpful staff ski rental
The staff was super polite and helpful, especially the reception team and shuttle drivers. ski rentals and passes were available right at the hotel. It made everything easier! i definitely appreciated the convenience. It saved so much time.
the room's cleaning routine varied a bit each day.

fast transfer service gorgeous hotel easy rental process
The food was AMAZING!!! i loved the transfer service. It was so fast. the hotel itself is gorgeous. the material rental process was also super quick and easy!

helpful staff convenient shop gondola transport
The staff was helpful when I arrived. The ski hire shop located in the basement simplified the whole process. A mini bus transported me to the gondola, I found that very convenient.
The room was quite warm and the air felt dry, I found it a little difficult.
