The staff was super polite and helpful, especially the reception team and shuttle drivers. ski rentals and passes were available right at the hotel. It made everything easier! i definitely appreciated the convenience. It saved so much time.

helpful staff convenient shop gondola transport

The staff was helpful when I arrived. The ski hire shop located in the basement simplified the whole process. A mini bus transported me to the gondola, I found that very convenient.

The room was quite warm and the air felt dry, I found it a little difficult.
